Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms
• Capture high-quality photography and videography from our restaurant locations
• Plan and execute creative content campaigns that drive customer engagement
• Grow both in-store and delivery sales through effective social media marketing
• Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Stay ahead of social media trends and identify new opportunities for FreshMex
• Work independently to manage content calendars and posting schedules

Requirements

• Based in Edinburgh and willing to travel monthly to Glasgow and Aberdeen
• Previous experience in a social media role or a genuine passion for social media and creative content creation
• Confident with photography and videography, including filming and editing content for social media
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required and confident creating engaging, personality-led content for social media platforms
• Ability to work independently, manage their own workload, and communicate effectively with senior management
• Strong creative flair and ability to generate fresh content ideas
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
