Part Time Marketing and Business Development Manager for Landscape Architect and Ecology Practice

Responsibilities

• develop and deliver the company's B2B marketing strategy.
• provide content for the company website, ensuring content is engaging and up to date.
• plan and create content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• collaborate on project case studies, news articles and award submissions.
• design and produce brochures, presentations and marketing collateral.
• identify networking opportunities for practice members and also on occasion attend them
• support business development activities, networking events and exhibitions.
• manage the company marketing database.
• monitor marketing performance and report on campaign effectiveness looking at ROI
• ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Requirements

• experience in a marketing or business development role within landscape architecture, architecture, environmental consultancy, engineering or the built environment
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• strong copywriting and editing abilities
• experience managing websites and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design software
• experience preparing bids or tender submissions would be an advantage
• excellent time management, organisational and project management skills and the ability to collaborate
• a proactive, positive and self-motivated approach
• car owner and driver happy to attend some out of working hours networking events

• 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday 5 hours per day between 09:00 and 17:00)
• due to the nature of the role, it will be office based as you will need to network internally
