Part-Time Marketing Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships by understanding their marketing needs and objectives
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of lead generation marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery
• Create ad copy ad creative using Canva, including the writing of copy and the brief for the paid media team.
• Create monthly content for emails, SEO/AEO, web updates and organic socials.
• Analyze campaign performance and other analysis tools to ensure results on track
• Oversee the database and CRM
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and records using Microsoft Office tools

Requirements

• A hands-on marketing implementer who gets things done: you like delivering a plan, not just writing it
• Strong copywriting for ads, emails, social posts, blogs and text messages
• Confident with Canva , designing social posts, video ads and email assets
• Hands-on experience building and sending emails in a CRM or email platform (such as Keap, Mailchimp or HubSpot)
• Very well organised: you plan your own week, juggle nine brands and hit seasonal deadlines without reminders
• Comfortable dealing with clients, including weekly calls and getting sign-off
• An understanding of Meta, TikTok and Google ads, so your copy and creative fit each platform. You won't be setting up ads, but you will devise the creative for each from raw images and video provided
• Live within travelling distance of Tring: this is a hybrid role, with 1 day a week in the office to collaborate with the team
