Job Summary

You will own the end-to-end video content pipeline for Leadey, from on-camera UGC and demos to quick-form edits, while turning briefs into finished videos and contributing ideas.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Shoot high-volume UGC: talking-head, reaction and "day in the life of a sales rep" style videos
Make short informational videos on cold calling, outbound and sales tools
Record clear walkthrough demos of the Leadey platform that show real features in action
Edit for short-form (TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn, X) with fast hooks and captions
Turn briefs into finished videos quickly, and pitch your own ideas too

Requirements

Have a portfolio of UGC or short-form videos (send links)
Are comfortable on camera and sound natural, not scripted
Can screen-record and edit clean software demos
Work fast and are happy producing volume every week

Preferred

Bonus: you use AI video tools (Claude, CapCut, Remotion or similar), or you know sales and SaaS
