Job Summary

Own paid media execution end to end across multiple platforms with a sharp eye on CPA, ROAS, and CPL; translate data into spend decisions and performance bets; and inform budget allocations to drive conversions.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-platform campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Performance & Budgeting: Manage CPA, ROAS, and CPL targets and allocate budgets to maximise conversions.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor GA4/GTM data to drive insights and strategic budget decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Manage campaigns against key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CPL, ensuring efficiency targets are met
  • Allocate and monitor budgets effectively to maximise performance, visibility, and conversions
  • Monitor, analyse, and evaluate campaign and website performance using GA4 and other analytics tools
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Use data-driven insights to inform budget allocation and support strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms (paid media)
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM would be advantageous, and reporting tools is essential
  • Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent organisation/analytical skills and experience collaborating with agencies and external partners
  • Able to work hybrid with 2 days per week in head office (Chandlers Ford)
  • 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
