Own and optimize paid media programs across Google, Meta and LinkedIn for B2B and B2C brands, driving ROAS and lead quality through data-driven testing and attribution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Leading paid media strategy across The Dash Group’s B2B and B2C brands
Building, managing and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads.
Managing five- to six-figure monthly budgets against commercial targets including ROAS, CPA and lead quality
Using data, testing and experimentation to continually improve campaign performance and ROI
Managing conversion tracking, attribution and lead-quality analysis using GA4, Google Tag Manager and CRM integrations

Requirements

Proven experience managing and growing paid media campaigns across Google and Meta
Experience managing five- to six-figure monthly paid media budgets
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on measurable business outcomes and maximising ROAS
Highly analytical, with strong experience in tracking, reporting and attribution
A proactive and creative approach to testing, optimisation and problem-solving
