About Suri Marketing
Suri Marketing is a UK digital marketing agency with offices in Birmingham, Solihull and Leicester. We help businesses grow through paid ads, social media, content and lead generation. We're growing fast and want someone to help us start more conversations with the right clients.
The role
You'll find businesses we can genuinely help and reach out with personalised video audits. You'll work closely with our sales team to turn those conversations into booked growth audits.
What you'll do
- Research businesses that fit our ideal client profile
- Review their website, social media, ads and enquiry journey
- Spot one clear, credible opportunity for growth
- Record short, sharp Loom videos (60 to 90 seconds) explaining it
- Send them directly to decision-makers via email and LinkedIn
- Follow up and book prospects into growth audits with the sales team
- Track outreach and results in our CRM
What we're looking for
- Confident on camera and comfortable speaking to business owners
- A solid understanding of digital marketing (Meta ads, Google, social, websites)
- Able to spot what a business is doing wrong, and explain it simply
- Persuasive, organised and self-motivated
- Happy with targets and daily outreach volume
- Agency, sales or marketing experience is a bonus, not essential
