You will own paid acquisition strategy across Meta (with YouTube as a plus), steer creative direction with in-house teams, and drive a high-impact Black Friday campaign while reporting on spend, leads, booked calls, and ROAS.

Manage weekly reporting on spend, lead cost, booked calls, and ROAS

Job Description

Responsibilities

Run our paid acquisition on Meta (YouTube is a big plus)
Lead our Black Friday campaign, starting as soon as possible
Direct our in-house editors, designers and copywriters on what creative to make, then test and scale it
Report weekly on spend, cost per lead, cost per booked call and ROAS

Requirements

Proven results for coaching, personal development, health or info-product brands that sell through applications and sales calls
A portfolio of ads you’ve run, with the numbers behind them
Two references we can speak to
The ability to explain how you create intent in leads, not just volume
