Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and develop the agency's marketing technology ecosystem.
Design, build and optimise automated marketing workflows.
Integrate platforms and eliminate manual processes.
Work with APIs, connectors and automation tools.
Manage CRM and marketing automation systems.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Track and analyse campaign performance.
Develop attribution models where appropriate.
Ensure data integrity across platforms.

Requirements

5+ years experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology or Marketing Automation.
Strong CRM experience.
Advanced understanding of marketing automation platforms.
Experience integrating multiple software platforms.
Strong reporting and analytics capability.
Data-driven decision making.
Excellent project management skills.
Experience managing marketing workflows and processes.
Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
Experience: marketing: 2 years (required)

Preferred

API integration experience.
SQL knowledge.
Experience with AI-powered marketing workflows.
B2B lead generation experience.
Agency experience.
Knowledge of Martech and RevOps best practice.
Understanding of sales development processes.
