Job Summary

Own and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to drive franchisee lead generation, balancing national and local targeting, with rigorous testing and clear reporting.

  • Own end-to-end campaigns and budgets
  • Drive measurable leads and ROI

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own our Google Ads and Meta paid campaigns end to end: strategy, build, budgets, testing, reporting.
  • Drive lead generation for franchisees across the UK, balancing national brand campaigns with local territory targeting.
  • Manage and optimise spend so every pound works hard. Cost per lead and cost per booked job are your scoreboard.
  • Test relentlessly: creative, audiences, landing pages, ad copy. Kill what doesn't work, scale what does.
  • Report clearly to head office and franchisees. No vanity metrics, just what's working and what it costs.
  • Work with the wider team on seasonal pushes, new territory launches and franchise recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

  • A proven track record running successful Google Ads campaigns. You can show us the numbers, not just the slides.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Meta paid ads (Facebook and Instagram) driving leads, not just likes.
  • Sharp analytical skills: comfortable with conversion tracking, GA4, attribution and building reports people actually read.
  • Landing page and ad creative instincts. You know what makes someone click and what makes them enquire.
  • Self-starter attitude. We're a growing franchise network, not a big corporate. You'll have room to run.

Preferred

  • Home improvement or home services experience is a strong plus. You understand how homeowners buy.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working: mix of office, home and time out with franchisees to see the business up close.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Pension and the usual benefits.
  • Real ownership. You'll be our first dedicated paid media hire, shaping the channel from the ground up, and you'll see the results in the numbers every week.
  • Travel allowance.

More Than Loft Ladders

As a homeowner, you’ll know how important it is to keep your property in the best of condition. Chances are though, there are lots of things you’d like to do to your home to transform it into your dream house. Many people find that their property becomes far too cluttered over a number of years, and this is often one of their biggest house-related complaints. Even those that don’t consider themselves to hang onto items for their sentimental value are sure to find themselves with a certain amount of clutter. You may have cupboards full to the brim with things you no longer need, but which you can’t bring yourself to throw away. There’s no need to have a ruthless spring clean and junk all of your valuable items though, when you can just put them into storage. You wouldn’t even need to pay for an expensive storage locker either, which can end up being a real drain on your finances after a while. If you really want to clear the clutter out of the main areas of your home and create a spacious environment for you and your family, why not store everything in your loft? A lot of people have lofts in their home, but they don’t use them for storage. Whether this is because they don’t realise that they can, or they have simply never got around to fixing them up for the job, now is the time to make use of them. Of course, if you want to provide yourself with safe access to your loft, you should invest in a set of loft ladders. Using an unstable ladder to access your loft would be very unwise, as this is how accidents can happen. Instead, you should have a fixed ladder fitted that you can easily pull down to climb up to your loft. You won’t need to clamber up a rickety ladder anymore once you have had a brand new loft ladder fitted from More Than Loft Ladders, a company specialising in helping to provide families with cost effective space solutions.
