Job Summary

Build and execute social media content and outreach to drive registrations and engagement for Stardust Pageants across platforms, while supporting campaigns, influencer outreach, and event coverage.

Content creation and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Contestant recruitment, community engagement, and influencer/sponsor/media outreach
Behind-the-scenes capture and performance monitoring to inform strategy

Job Description

Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Design and schedule posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Assist with contestant recruitment campaigns and community engagement.
Support influencer, sponsor, and media outreach initiatives.
Capture and create behind-the-scenes content from photoshoots, auditions, rehearsals, and events.
Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase registrations, ticket sales, and brand awareness.
Engage with followers and respond to enquiries professionally.

Interest in marketing, social media, events, fashion, beauty, or entertainment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Canva.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Photography, videography, graphic design, or video editing skills are advantageous but not required.
