Responsibilities

• Supporting daily marketing and growth tasks for a FinTech project
• Helping plan and execute social media and community marketing activities
• Researching potential partners, creators, communities, student groups, and industry contacts
• Reaching out to potential partners through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other platforms
• Helping prepare simple marketing content, including captions, outreach messages, posters, community posts, and campaign materials
• Supporting KOL / influencer research and communication
• Tracking outreach progress, replies, follow-ups, and marketing results
• Helping manage community engagement and collect user feedback
• Assisting with market research and competitor research in the FinTech / trading platform industry
• Coordinating with internal team members to make sure marketing tasks are completed on time

Requirements

• A university student or recent graduate
• Interested in marketing, growth, partnerships, FinTech, Web3, trading, or startups
• Good at communication and willing to reach out to new people
• Comfortable using social media and online community platforms
• Organised and able to follow up on tasks properly
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and update the team clearly
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or other languages would be a plus
• Previous experience in student societies, marketing, content creation, social media, events, or community management is helpful but not required
