Job Summary

Own the acquisition-focused marketing program for CBM’s fundraising, coordinating campaigns that engage individual supporters and testing channels and messages to grow donor engagement.

  • Campaigns: Develop and deliver fundraising campaigns aligned with the annual plan to engage CBM’s target audiences.
  • Journeys: Build supporter journeys that nurture donors across channels from awareness to giving.
  • Testing: Test new channels and messages to improve engagement and contributions.

Job Description

  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing and across the Fundraising & Communications team, the Marketing Officer/Senior Marketing Officer (Acquisition) is responsible for developing and delivering fundraising campaigns that engage CBM’s target individual audiences.
  • As part of this you’ll help develop of the annual public fundraising plan, build supporter journeys, and test new channels and messages.
