Responsibilities

  • Lead Campaigns That Deliver Results - Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events) - Align activity with recruitment cycles and business priorities - Track performance, analyse results, and continuously optimise
  • Step Into Leadership - Lead and inspire a small, talented marketing team - Support development through coaching, feedback, and mentoring - Create a positive, collaborative, high-performing environment
  • Own Projects & Events - Manage multiple campaigns and projects end-to-end - Deliver engaging events—from open days to industry showcases - Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure success
  • Shape Content & Digital Presence - Oversee compelling content across web, social, and email - Ensure messaging resonates with learners, employers, and stakeholders - Drive engagement, growth, and brand consistency
  • Use Insight to Drive Impact - Monitor KPIs including leads, engagement, and ROI - Use data and market insight to inform strategy - Continuously test, learn, and improve
