Job Summary

Own and drive the marketing strategy and lead a small team to grow brand awareness, run multi-channel campaigns, and build partnerships while managing budgets and performance.

  • Lead marketing initiatives across channels and ensure alignment with commercial goals.
  • Own brand, websites, and marketing performance with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with Sales, agencies, and suppliers to identify opportunities and optimise campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • develop and deliver marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, attract and retain customers, and drive business growth.
  • Leading a small marketing team and reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you\'ll develop and deliver marketing initiatives, oversee multi-channel campaigns and ensure all marketing activity aligns with our wider commercial objectives.
  • you\'ll also manage our brand, websites and marketing performance, working closely with our Sales Team, external partners and suppliers to identify new opportunities, optimise campaign effectiveness and support continued business growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure the effective use of resources
  • Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity
  • Create and oversee marketing content, advertising and promotional activities
  • Build relationships with external agencies, suppliers and partners

Requirements

  • Experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Experience managing digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Experience monitoring marketing performance using KPIs and analytics
  • Experience conducting market research and analysing customer, market and competitor data
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Budget planning and financial management skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO and SEM
  • Knowledge of CRM principles and marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of data protection and marketing regulations, including GDPR
