Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, and events.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and IT teams to develop compelling content and promotional materials.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance data using analysis skills and Microsoft Excel to optimize marketing efforts.
Oversee the creation of engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings and external client pitches.
Foster leadership within the marketing team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support for professional development.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients and business partners.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
Strong project management abilities to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
Proficiency in analysis skills for interpreting data insights that inform strategic decisions.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience managing teams or projects within a B2B (business-to-business) marketing environment.
Solid understanding of marketing principles combined with expertise in IT systems relevant to digital marketing platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills with keen time management to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
