Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies for the company and its clients.
• Plan, manage, and optimise SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
• Promote the company's software development, web hosting, web portal, and digital marketing services.
• Plan and coordinate product and service launches, marketing budgets, targets, and timelines.
• Create marketing content, promotional materials, and brand communications.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their marketing objectives and delivering tailored campaigns.
• Lead and support the marketing team while collaborating with sales, developers, designers, and external partners.
• Prepare marketing reports and recommend improvements to maximise campaign performance and return on investment.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with advertising standards, GDPR, and company policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, branding, and digital advertising.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organisational, and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience in the technology, software, web services, or digital marketing sector is desirable.
