Job Summary
Drive and coordinate integrated marketing across OEM partners and retailer network to execute quarterly plans, campaigns, and events that blend online and offline channels while maintaining brand compliance and performance rigor.
- OEM/ retailer collaboration: develop quarterly plans, campaigns, and launches aligned with CI standards.
- Marketing execution: plan and implement integrated online and offline programs, and manage digital properties and social presence.
- Measurement and compliance: track performance, adjust plans for optimization, and ensure adherence to guidelines and data management practices.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with brand OEMs and our retailer network to deliver quarterly marketing plans
- Develop, plan, and implement online and offline marketing strategies
- Measure and report on marketing performance, adjusting plans to optimise results
- Support manufacturer requirements, ensuring compliance with CI standards, brand campaigns, launches, and deadlines
- Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and CRM teams, as well as external suppliers
- Manage our online presence, including social media and Google reviews
- Maintain internal and OEM websites, keeping content and offers up to date
- Plan, organise, and deliver campaigns, promotions, and events
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines (including financial promotions and data management)
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering marketing plans and campaigns
- Experience in the automotive sector
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A focus on exceptional customer experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in IT (e.g. Word, Excel)
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
