MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Build the profile of Further through a strong marketing presence across London and New York studios.
• Position Further by designing, driving and delivering our marketing and communications strategy across the London and New York studios.
• Deeply understand our proposition, offer and capabilities and promote this with prospective clients, talent and partners.
• Partner with the global leadership and Growth Director to generate momentum across marketing and PR initiatives.
• Report directly into the Growth Director.
• Marketing leader who understands how to build a distinctive brand and translate marketing activity into meaningful business growth.
• Confident relationship builder who can work effectively with senior leaders, internal teams, creative partners, media and external stakeholders.
• Natural collaborator with a global mindset, informing strategic thinking and identifying new opportunities for Further across Americas, Europe and APAC.
• Commercially minded and responsible for the marketing budget, ensuring investment is allocated to high-impact initiatives that create impact and ROI with maximum return on the marketing spend
