Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across all three branches to increase customer engagement, sales and revenue.
- Research local markets, customer preferences, competitor activity and demand to identify marketing opportunities.
- Plan and manage campaigns promoting Korean cuisine, signature dishes, drinks, seasonal menus, takeaway and dining services.
- Analyse customer feedback, sales trends and campaign results to assess performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate expenditure across advertising, promotions and other marketing activities.
- Prepare marketing reports and recommendations for senior management covering campaign performance, customer engagement, expenditure and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Analytical skills to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, innovation, and accountability
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to marketing tools and platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management capabilities
