Job Summary

Own multi-channel marketing strategy and brand, with budget ownership and ROI focus, while syncing with sales and product to drive commercial impact.

  • Growth/Branding: define the annual plan, ensure consistent messaging, and oversee brand identity across digital and physical channels.
  • Campaigns & Analytics: plan, execute, and report on cross-channel programs; optimize based on performance metrics.
  • Operations & Collaboration: manage vendors, website presence, social calendars, and cross-functional alignment with sales/product leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and plan, aligned to wider business objectives
  • Plan, execute, and report on multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, print, and events)
  • Manage and grow the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Own the marketing budget, tracking spend and ROI across activities
  • Oversee the company website and digital presence, working with external agencies or freelancers as needed
  • Manage social media channels, content calendars, and community engagement
  • Analyse campaign performance and marketing metrics, providing regular reporting and insight to senior management
  • Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing supports commercial goals
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and printers
  • Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing management or senior marketing executive role
  • Strong track record of planning and delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills
  • Confident using digital marketing tools (e.g. email marketing platforms, social media schedulers, Google Analytics)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to link marketing activity to business results
  • A collaborative approach, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

  • CIM qualification (or equivalent marketing qualification)
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation
  • Experience managing or briefing external creative/design agencies
  • Budget management experience
