Job Summary
Own coordination of marketing execution and launch readiness across local and hub teams, ensuring timely asset delivery, training, and event support with a focus on brand execution and cross-functional alignment.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Working in close collaboration with the hub brand teams, local cross-functional team and divisional team.
- Tracking and ensuring essential steps are completed on time for new product launches, monitoring and resolving issues to ensure execution excellence.
- Support the product artwork development and approval process with timely release.
- Assist the deployment of assets (including e-commerce product content) in a timely manner ahead of launch.
- Updating local manuals where processes/tools have evolved, arranging training sessions with the local Marketing team.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for team event planning, NPD show-case; engagement tools and samples.
- Management of marketing team administration support, purchasing items, corporate credit card spend reconciliation.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent with a passion for brands and marketing.
- Experience in marketing and in FMCG companies would be preferable but not essential.
- English fluency is mandated, other European languages would be a plus.
