Responsibilities

• Day to day communication with our partner Agency to optimize Media laydowns for maximum response, and ensure all KPI’s are delivered.
• Provide comprehensive daily and post campaign analysis reports of all activity.
• Develop robust test and learn opportunities within AV, and demonstrate improvements in efficiency of spend.
• Researching and reporting on competitor activity.
• Building relationships with our partner network.
• Work with partner agency to optimize our offer set and deliver incremental sales.
• Ensure PR and Accreditation budgets are kept to
• Building relationships with channels such as Press and Radio when required as part of integrated campaigns.
• Working with the wider business there will need to be a collaborative approach to creative execution to ensure a consistent Brand messaging.
• Work with the Head of Marketing Communications to deliver targeted Television, and Video On Demand campaigns against business and department objectives.

Requirements

• Keen interest in looking at marketing data, metrics and trends to see how campaigns can be improved.
• Able to build relationships with internal stakeholders and agency's
• Analytical mindset – Test and learn mentality, with great attention to detail
• Competent in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask, and time manage in a fast paced and flexible environment.
• Working in the office 3 days a week
