Responsibilities

• Design & Creative Production
• • Design creative assets for digital channels, including social media graphics, web banners, email headers and digital adverts
• • Create and update print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, exhibition stands, and other collateral
• • Develop visuals for case studies, whitepapers, product sheets and presentations.
• • Produce on-brand artwork for product promotions, campaigns and launches
• • Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity
• Campaign & Content Support
• • Translate campaign concepts into clear, visually impactful designs for multiple formats and channels
• • Work with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to understand content plans and deliver assets to support them
• • Adapt and resize artwork for different platforms and formats while maintaining design quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a marketing or agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital design work
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; or equivalent)
• Experience in creating social media assets, digital adverts and marketing collateral
• Understanding of preparing artwork for print (bleed, margins, colour profiles, file formats)
• Strong layout, typography and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to brand guidelines and deadlines

Preferred

• Experience with videography: filming, editing and basic sound/lighting
• Familiarity with video and motion tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
• Experience working with B2B/B2C marketing teams and campaign-led design
• Basic understanding of how design impacts performance across digital channels (click-through, engagement, etc.)
