Job Description

Responsibilities

Supporting franchisees with local marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activity
Coordinating local print, digital and social media campaigns
Helping identify and organise local partnerships, collaborations and community opportunities
Supporting new restaurant openings across the UK
Setting up promotional offers, menu updates and campaign activity
Writing and scheduling customer emails
Creating and scheduling app push notifications
Supporting customer loyalty and CRM activity
Working with our Graphic Designer and external agencies to brief and deliver marketing assets
Supporting new menu launches and limited-time offers

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in a marketing role
A relevant marketing, business or communications degree/qualification
Strong written communication and copywriting skills
Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
Comfortable working with data and reporting
Proactive, positive and willing to get stuck in
Strong communication skills and confidence working with franchisees and external partners

Preferred

Previous marketing experience within restaurants, hospitality, food & beverage, retail or another multi-site consumer brand would be a big advantage.
