Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with campaign planning to promote the firm's services, sectors and expertise.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate marketing activity to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for case studies, success stories and thought leadership.
  • Assist with proofreading and editing marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage and update website content using the firm's content management system.
  • Assist with the management of the firm's social media channels, creating engaging content and monitoring engagement.
  • Monitor website and digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • Experience managing social media platforms.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of website content management systems.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.

Preferred

  • Marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent) or working towards one.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practice.
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms.
  • Experience supporting PR campaigns and media activity.
