Marketing Executive - Stores & Merchandising

Responsibilities

• Shaping the marketing vision and strategy for the company’s 4 stores and future stores
• Developing a measurable and performing paid ads strategy to increase footfall
• In-store advertisement/merchandising design and implementation
• Local Press engagement
• PR initiatives (e.g. youth/sports team sponsorships and charitable donations)
• Ensure social content is going out for each store’s social pages
• Ideation - must bring ideas to the table across all mediums
• New marketing channels and mediums (e.g. physical magazines, local billboards, influencer partnerships)
• Finding areas local to our stores where we can implement effective signage to promote our stores.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing within a retail or merchandising environment is preferred.
• Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated success in handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
