Job Summary

Own the local marketing execution for a flagship venue, turning campaigns and events into measurable footfall and visitation.

  • Campaigns and events: plan and deliver promotions that move foot traffic and engagement.
  • Content and channels: own cross-channel content across social, email, SMS, and web to support campaigns.
  • Cross-functional delivery: partner with operations and senior leadership to execute initiatives and hit visitation targets.

Job Description

  • Deliver engaging marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive customer engagement and footfall.
  • Create compelling content across social media, email, SMS, website, and digital channels.
  • Plan and execute memorable customer events, entertainment, and venue activations.
  • Partner with operational teams to bring local and national marketing initiatives to life.
  • Ensure all marketing materials, signage, and communications remain on-brand and up to date.
  • Support senior leadership with delivery and execution of local marketing initiatives to meet visitation and financial targets.
  • Marketing experience (2 years +) and relevant degree preferred
  • Experience in the casino/gaming industry or event management
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Good knowledge of social media marketing and managing content
