Own and grow the social media presence and supporting marketing activities across channels, from content creation to campaigns and performance analysis.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing, monitoring and growing our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Creating engaging content including graphics, photography, video and written posts
Designing a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, presentations, adverts, banners and digital assets
Working with external agencies, printers and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing collateral
Supporting events, community engagement activities and integrated marketing campaigns
Supporting with the ongoing maintenance and development of website listings, reviews and other online information for all Homes
Analysing marketing performance and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and results

Requirements

Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within an in-house team
Strong graphic design skills and confidence using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
Experience managing business social media channels
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, positive and collaborative approach
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Homes when required
