Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and deliver marketing plans for the Charities sector and Managed Business Services (MBS) in line with business growth objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, trends and competitive insights to strengthen Gravita's market position.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure activity performance to maximise ROI.
• Campaigns & Business Development
• Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, content, webinars, sponsorships and networking.
• Produce thought leadership and targeted content that enhances brand awareness and generates business opportunities.
• Build relationships with industry bodies, referrers and key networks to support growth and reputation.
• Monitor campaign performance, track ROI and use insights to improve future activity.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

Requirements

• You're an experienced marketing professional within a professional services firm environment, ideally within an accountancy & advisory firm.
• You have proven experience of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• You are a confident stakeholder manager, able to influence, solve problems and work proactively.

Preferred

• Experience or knowledge of the Charities sector or similar public sector market segment is desirable.
