Marketing Executive

Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working Available)

Reporting To: Group Marketing Manager

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced marketing role focused on supporting recruitment marketing activity across multiple brands and locations throughout the UK.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will help deliver recruitment campaigns, candidate communications, website content, social media advertising and recruitment events. You'll play an important role in helping attract candidates, promote vacancies and support recruitment activity across the group.

This role would suit someone with around 2 years' marketing experience who is looking to develop their skills within a growing in-house marketing team and gain exposure to a wide range of digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Marketing

·     Support the delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

·     Assist with creating and scheduling recruitment-focused social media adverts and campaign creatives

·     Write and upload engaging job adverts across recruitment platforms and company websites

·     Support candidate attraction campaigns across multiple UK regions and business brands

·     Assist with recruitment events, open days and local hiring initiatives

CRM & Candidate Communications

·     Assist with the creation and maintenance of recruitment email campaigns, forms and automated workflows

·     Support candidate communication activity, including email campaigns and follow-up communications

·     Help maintain candidate databases and marketing records within CRM systems

·     Assist with improving candidate communications and recruitment marketing content

Website & Digital Marketing

·     Support updates to recruitment landing pages and website content

·     Assist with recruitment marketing projects alongside external digital partners

·     Help maintain recruitment content across company websites

·     Support ongoing improvements to recruitment marketing content and candidate journeys

Reporting & Administration

·     Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking

·     Monitor recruitment campaign activity and help maintain marketing records

·     Support the marketing team with project coordination and campaign administration

·     Work closely with operational teams to support regional recruitment activity

Skills & Experience

Essential

·     2+ years' experience within a marketing role

·     Strong written communication and copywriting skills

·     Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

·     Experience using social media platforms for business purposes

·     Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively

·     Confident working across multiple projects simultaneously

·     Proactive, positive and willing to learn

Desirable

·     Exposure to paid social advertising platforms such as Meta

·     Exposure to CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems

·     Basic understanding of SEO principles

·     Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress

·     Experience within recruitment, hospitality, events or service-based industries
