Marketing Executive & Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver marketing activity across our brands, from social media and product launches to photography, influencer campaigns and printed marketing materials.
• Content Creation & Social Media: Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms; Film and edit short-form video content, particularly Reels and TikToks; Carry out quick, effective video editing suitable for social media; Photograph products, drinks, stores, events and promotional content; Edit and colour-correct photography for social media, web and print; Write social captions and short-form marketing copy; Plan and maintain weekly social media content calendars; Schedule and publish content across our brands; Monitor comments, messages, engagement and content performance; Identify trends and relevant content opportunities.
• Graphic Design & Creative: Create digital and printed marketing materials; Design promotional graphics, posters, menus, social assets and campaign materials; Prepare artwork for print; Edit and retouch photography; Maintain consistency across brand assets; Adapt existing brand designs for different formats and campaigns.
• Marketing & Campaign Coordination: Support the Marketing Manager with planning and delivering campaigns; Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns and store promotions; Help organise photography and content shoots; Prepare shot lists and content requirements; Coordinate influencer and content creator collaborations; Communicate with influencers and creators regarding content, deadlines and deliverables; Help organise local partnerships, collaborations and promotional events; Support email marketing and customer communications; Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials across our stores; Maintain organised marketing asset and content libraries; Monitor campaign and social performance and provide basic reporting; Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects across our brands.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, graphic design or social media
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok
• Experience filming and editing short-form social video
• Good photography skills, including composition, lighting and basic product photography
• Strong photo-editing skills
• Good graphic-design and layout skills
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• A good understanding of social media trends and content formats

Preferred

• Experience with Canva is also useful, but Adobe skills are important for this position.
