Job Summary

Own and help scale TechFinitive's B2B marketing efforts across newsletters, social content, video editing, and campaign materials while learning analytics, reporting, and collaboration with sales and Customer Success.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Helping run TechFinitive.com's two weekly newsletters, with training on our process and tools
  • - Learning to create engaging social content, predominantly for LinkedIn and YouTube
  • - Getting hands-on with video editing from shows, interviews and events
  • - Developing LinkedIn-led design and copywriting skills to help promote TechFinitive's advertiser solutions
  • - Supporting outbound email marketing campaigns that promote TechFinitive's services and attract advertisers
  • - Learning to pull together advertising and lead generation campaign analytics and reporting
  • - Assisting with competitor research to help sharpen our USPs
  • - Supporting the sales team by personalising and tailoring slide templates and content for client pitches
  • - Helping build client content hubs and microsites on TechFinitive.com for commercial advertising campaigns
  • - Working alongside the Customer Success team to learn how we track commercial campaign effectiveness, analytics and optimisation

Requirements

  • - 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • - GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • - Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • - You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
  • - If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Preferred

  • - A multimedia marketer, or someone keen to become one, across design, copywriting (editorial), video and social.
  • - Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe products is a strong plus
  • - A portfolio of work, in or outside of study/employment, for example, a personal Instagram or YouTube channel
  • - Previous work experience (or work placements) in an office environment or in marketing, publishing, media, data management, or campaign coordination
  • - Experience working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, business software or other business applications
