Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive Inbound Bookings: Formulate and execute proactive sales strategies to fill our multi-floor event spaces (including the Champagne Penthouse, Club Room, and Private Dining Room) for private parties, corporate hires, and weddings.
  • Lead Conversion & Account Management: Respond swiftly to private event inquiries, craft tailored sales presentations, negotiate packages, and close deals.
  • Membership Growth: Partner with operations to market the private members' club tier, driving new sign-ups and retaining existing club members.
  • Local Partnerships: Proactively network with local Chelsea businesses, corporate bookers, luxury concierge services, and lifestyle brands to source outbound B2B sales leads.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Plan and deliver seasonal and event-specific marketing campaigns to increase daily covers for breakfast, brunch, and dinner.
  • Social Media & Content Creation: Lead the digital strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Film and create high-quality social content highlighting our late-night DJ sets, cocktails, and club atmosphere.
  • PR & Influencer Relations: Manage our network of press contacts, local influencers, and VIPs to secure consistent organic coverage and maintain our profile in London’s social scene.
  • Collateral & Branding: Oversee the visual updates of our venue collateral, including digital brochures, seasonal menus, and website assets, ensuring the brand identity remains premium.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales and marketing management experience within luxury hospitality, high-end nightlife, a private members' club, or a fast-paced premium lifestyle brand.
  • The "Chelsea" Pulse: A natural networker who loves London’s hospitality and social scene, ideally possessing an existing network of corporate bookers, clients, or local partners.
  • Commercial Mindset: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding private venue hire revenue targets.
  • Creative Competency: Exceptional copywriting abilities alongside a strong eye for visual design and video formatting for digital platforms. Competency with design platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is highly beneficial.
  • Execution: Highly organized and details-oriented, capable of pivoting between running a corporate sales email chain and filming a live DJ set on a Friday night.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based sales incentives.
  • Significant discounts across food, beverages, and events throughout the venue.
  • Complimentary access to the Private Members' Club facilities.
  • A highly collaborative, energetic, and entrepreneurial work culture where creative ideas are fully backed.
