Job Summary
Own data-driven decision making that shapes global growth and matchday outcomes, serving as the single source of truth for metrics and rules and turning complex data into practical recommendations for marketing and ticketing.
- Growth & Insight Ownership: translate raw data into commercial strategy and actionable context across marketing and ticketing.
- Cross-Functional Influence: act as the primary source of insight to drive global growth with clear, executable recommendations.
- Operational Impact: embed matchday analytics and automation of tout-id models with evening/weekend work to support post-match reviews.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Turn raw data into match-winning commercial strategy.
- Be the "single point of insight" at a forward-thinking football club by owning our metrics, rules, and logic.
- Translate complex datasets into the deep context and actionable recommendations that drive our global growth.
- Work across our marketing and ticketing team.
- The role will also include matchday working to run and automate the tout identification models and review post-match accounts, therefore there will be an element of evening and weekend working involved.
Requirements
- strong skills in Google Cloud Platforms
- advanced SQL skills for complex data queries
- strong proficiency in Python for building, maintaining and automating data models
- UK-based or right to work in the UK (proof required)
