Job Summary

Own the social media and content cadence to lift brand presence while keeping our CRM clean and reliable, then back the sales cycle with timely follow ups and accurate records.

Social & Content Ownership: Build and grow our social presence and brand conversations.
CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain organised, up‑to‑date CRM records to support marketing and sales.
Sales Support: Follow up quotes, schedule meetings, and ensure accurate handoffs between marketing and sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for marketing activities, including managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and helping to build brand awareness.
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate and organised record‑keeping.
Support the Sales team by following up on quotes, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Preferred

Detail‑oriented and highly organised
Proactive, with the confidence to take initiative
A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
Interested in marketing, social media, and creative content
Keen to grow with the role and shape it over time
Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms (HubSpot) would be a bonus!
