Job Summary

Own community marketing and centre activation, aligning events, partnerships, and CSR with the local ecosystem to drive engagement and brand reputation.

  • Community Engagement & Partnerships: Build links with schools, colleges, and local groups and foster collaborations with local organisations and networks.
  • Campaign & Event Delivery: Plan and deliver annual calendar of in-centre events and seasonal activations, coordinating logistics with agencies and centre management.
  • CSR & Crisis Communications: Support charity initiatives, report on CSR achievements, and assist with crisis communications and customer engagement as needed.
