Responsibilities

• Your day to day will be varied with an overall responsibility for all of Exemplar Health Care’s communications and content.
• - creating engaging content across a range of internal communication channels.
• - managing and developing our intranet, colleague app, newsletters, and other colleague communications.
• - leading the production of our quarterly TheExemplar Buzz magazine.
• - delivering communication campaigns that support colleague engagement, organisational change, learning and development, and recognition initiatives.
• - working with colleagues across the organisation to share stories, celebrate success, and promote key messages.
• - monitoring engagement and using insights to continuously improve communications.

Requirements

• experience in an internal communications, communications, marketing, or similar role.
• excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• experience creating engaging content for different audiences and channels
• strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• confidence building relationships and working with stakeholders at all levels.
• experience using digital communication tools and Microsoft 365.
