Job Summary

Own cross-channel marketing and communications execution end to end, with focus on integrated campaigns, content and CRM driven by Salesforce, WordPress, and AI-enabled tooling, across a UK-based consultancy audience.

  • Campaign ownership: plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, and ABM to drive demand and brand lift.
  • Content and tech ownership: manage WordPress sites, content engine, and CRM measurement to optimize performance.
  • Cross-team collaboration: align branding and go-to-market with colleagues across the TCM ecosystem to drive commercial growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Creating engaging content across websites, email marketing, social media and digital channels.
  • Developing thought leadership campaigns, case studies, customer stories and award submissions.
  • Managing webinars, events and promotional activity.
  • Supporting account-based marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Maintaining and developing our WordPress websites and digital platforms.
  • Managing CRM activity and marketing performance through Salesforce.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analytics and market insight to improve results.
  • Working with AI-enabled technologies to improve productivity, creativity and marketing effectiveness.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the TCM ecosystem to strengthen our brands and support commercial growth.
