Job Summary

Own cross-channel campaign orchestration and customer-proposition work, turning trade plans into a unified execution calendar rooted in customer needs and ROI.

  • Campaign Execution: Align promotion calendars, pricing, and creative across Ecom, Email, Social, and stores to land on-brand, customer-centric campaigns.
  • Customer Insights: Ground comms in data-driven customer propositions and monitor ROI to steer future strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Trade, CRM, Studio, and Brand teams to keep timelines realistic and campaigns synchronized.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination & Delivery – Serve as the primary Marketing point of contact for the Trade Planning team, translating promotional cycles, product offers, and commercial priorities into a unified cross-channel execution plan.
  • Campaign Coordination & Delivery – Ensure One Version of the Truth across all touchpoints, meticulously coordinating campaign offers to ensure absolute consistency across Ecom, Email, Social, and physical Store environments.
  • Campaign Coordination & Delivery – Lead the cross-functional coordination of all marketing activity, ensuring they reflect the latest trade-approved pricing and mechanics.
  • Campaign Coordination & Delivery – Manage the project lifecycle from the initial trade brief through to creative recommendations, stakeholder sign-off, and final delivery.
  • Campaign Coordination & Delivery – Create and maintain the marketing execution calendar, providing visibility to the wider business on when and how promotional campaigns will land.
  • Campaign Coordination & Delivery – Act as the connective tissue between functional Heads in the Customer team to ensure that trade-driven activity remains on-brand and customer-centric.
  • Customer Propositions & Insights – Act as the internal Champion for the Customer, ensuring all comms planning is grounded in customer needs and business priorities.
  • Customer Propositions & Insights – Lead the project management of customer propositions for various cohorts, working closely with the CRM team to utilise data and insights.
  • Customer Propositions & Insights – Monitor campaign performance and ROI, reporting findings back to senior management to inform future strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the Studio & Customer Experience Manager to ensure the creative studio is briefed accurately and timelines are realistic.

Requirements

  • Project Management: Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Organisation: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple overlapping deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable managing up and across departments.
  • Copywriting: Good creative eye and copywriting skills to ensure brand tone is maintained.
  • Data Literacy: Comfortable working with customer data and insights to help shape campaign propositions.
