Marketing Campaign Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of new product launches and marketing campaigns, tracking progress and keeping plans and checklists up to date.
• Help maintain product information, price lists, catalogues and marketing materials, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate product assets and information for retailers, websites and internal teams.
• Assist with website updates and the administration of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the creation and distribution of point-of-sale materials and retailer marketing toolkits.
• Liaise with retailers, suppliers and colleagues across the business to ensure effective communication and smooth delivery of campaigns.
• Help organise company events, exhibitions and trade shows, attending events when required.
• Coordinate the dispatch of product samples, promotional packs, gifts and campaign materials.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and reports using Excel and internal systems.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team, responding to enquiries and helping to keep everything running efficiently.

Requirements

• Two years' experience in marketing or a marketing-related degree
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Good attention to detail and a logical, methodical approach to your work
• A proactive, adaptable attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
• Great teamwork skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others

Preferred

• Experience using Adobe or Canva would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
• An interest in learning new systems, developing new skills and growing your marketing knowledge.
