Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across equities, derivatives, clearing, ETFs, indices and market data
• Coordinating campaign timelines, assets and approvals, and assisting with campaign reporting and performance tracking
• Supporting the delivery of conferences, webinars and client events, including logistics and attendee communications
• Assisting in developing marketing collateral, presentations and client communications
• Supporting social media activity and digital content publishing, and coordinating content updates across marketing channels
• Maintaining campaign documentation and project plans, supporting CRM and marketing automation activities, and helping manage budgets and supplier administration
• Conducting market and competitor research, supporting audience analysis and campaign planning, and helping identify marketing best practice and new opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Curious and eager to learn, proactive and takes ownership, well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills

• Interest in financial markets is desirable but not essential
