Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct research to identify client preferences, local market trends and competitor activity in the beauty sector. Analyse data and compile actionable insights for management.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Salon Owner/Director and wider team to design marketing strategies, including digital campaigns leveraging social media, email and local promotion.
• Client Engagement: Act as a point of contact between clients, suppliers and the salon team to ensure marketing activity reflects client needs and the salon's brand identity.
• Service and Promotion Recommendations: Suggest improvements to promotional offers, pricing communication, packaging and treatment positioning based on data-driven insights.
• Campaign Oversight: Monitor the progress of advertising and marketing campaigns, provide updates to management, and incorporate feedback into campaign adjustments.
• Reporting and Presentation: Create and deliver marketing reports showing campaign outcomes (bookings, engagement, footfall) and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Degree or qualification in marketing, business, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role is preferred, ideally within beauty, wellness or a client-facing sector.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in research methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving and the ability to think strategically.
