Job Description
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Coordinate, build, and deploy multi-channel digital campaigns across paid social, email marketing, and search networks.
- Content & Copywriting: Produce high-converting advertising copy, monthly email newsletters, and search engine optimised (SEO) blog posts.
- Social Media Execution: Schedule and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, keeping a pulse on emerging digital trends.
- Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) via Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to maximise return on ad spend.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in partnership with our PR consultants in respect of video productions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of dedicated digital marketing experience.
- Platform Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using Google Analytics to derive actionable performance insights from raw data.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for typographical and visual detail.
- Agility: A proactive, self-motivated approach with the structural skill set to balance multiple campaign timelines simultaneously.

- Desirable: Degree in marketing or business studies.
