Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing & Newsletters: Write and design newsletters aligned with departmental goals
  • Manage email distribution schedules and segment lists as directed
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and subscriber engagement
  • Social Media Management: Post regularly to all brand social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) according to content calendar
  • Create engaging captions and ensure brand voice consistency
  • Monitor engagement metrics and report performance to marketing director
  • Blog & Content Creation: Research, write, and publish blog posts that drive SEO and audience engagement
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and supports marketing targets
  • Optimise content for search engines and readability
  • Out-of-Office & Field Content Creation: Create content during events, sponsorships, or field activities (photos, video, testimonials)

Requirements

  • Proven experience with social media management and content creation
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across platforms
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent)
  • Comfortable with analytics tools and tracking KPIs

Preferred

  • Knowledge of sports, fitness, or e-commerce marketing is a plus
