Marketing Assistant - Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities

• Manage product changes and communications in line with agreed SLAs
• Create engaging content for customer emails and letters
• Collaborate with external partners to effectively promote products and messaging
• Support content updates across the channel maintaining brand consistency and audience appeal
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure regulatory compliance updates are implemented

Requirements

• Passionate about Marketing with a growth mindset and desire to challenge the status quo
• Good understanding of marketing channels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
• Curious and takes pride in their work
