Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and projects to meet strategic objectives
• Support the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to ensure consistency and professionalism
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform campaign strategies
• Manage schedules and deadlines efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
• Maintain accurate records of campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for review
• Contribute to B2B marketing initiatives by supporting outreach efforts, client communications, and relationship building

Requirements

• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analysis skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

Preferred

• Experience with IT tools relevant to marketing activities is a plus
• Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and best practices is desirable
