Job Summary

Own the basics of a blended marketing role focused on a company website, analytics, and campaign support across digital and offline channels.

  • Website publishing and CMS updates with performance tracking.
  • Campaign support across email, social, influencer/affiliate, print, and direct mail to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Analytics-led reporting and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen brand reach and credibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing and updating the company’s website using a content management system.
  • Using analytics dashboards to gather, analyse, and report on marketing data.
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance analysis.
  • Assisting with SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and content marketing strategies, such as blogging and creating engaging assets.
  • Involvement in social media marketing, including both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Participating in influencer and affiliate marketing to extend the brand’s reach.
  • Learning the fundamentals of Search Engine Marketing (e.g., Google Ads) and video marketing techniques.
  • Collaborating with external suppliers, such as marketing agencies and print providers.
  • Assisting with print advertising, including magazines and leaflets.
  • Supporting direct mail campaigns and event planning.

Requirements

  • Driving Licence (required)
  • A-Level or equivalent (required)
  • English and maths GCSEs at C/4 and above (required)
  • United Kingdom work authorisation (required)

Preferred

  • A-Level qualifications or equivalent are preferred
  • passion for creativity and data analysis
