Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Researching potential clients, investors, developers, architects, brokers and business contacts
  • Building, updating and maintaining lead databases and CRM systems
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Assisting with LinkedIn outreach and other lead-generation campaigns
  • Supporting Google Ads, PPC and other digital marketing campaigns
  • Creating and managing content for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Researching new marketing channels and lead-generation opportunities
  • Monitoring marketing campaigns and tracking results
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Assisting with marketing strategies across our different businesses

Requirements

  • Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Data/AI, Computer Science or a related subject
  • Highly interested in Artificial Intelligence, technology and digital marketing
  • Commercially minded and interested in how businesses generate leads and grow
  • Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
  • A strong researcher with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using online platforms and learning new software quickly
  • Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools
  • Creative and able to generate new ideas
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • A strong communicator with good written English
