Job Summary

Own the branding, collateral production and cross-channel marketing delivery for a technical services group, with hands-on project execution and agency/vendor coordination to keep branding consistent and channels active.

  • Brand and collateral leadership: maintain tone, produce high-quality materials, and ensure consistency across all communications.
  • Agency and supplier orchestration: liaise with external creatives and manage vendor delivery for campaigns, events, and digital activities.
  • Digital and events delivery: support email campaigns, AdWords, WordPress content, and event stand production to drive visibility and engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement and develop projects and strategic plans.
  • Monitor and report on project activity.
  • Provide advice and guidance on marketing solutions.
  • Support Group business with marketing activity delivery, including planning, setting standards and sourcing suppliers.
  • Uphold company branding and maintain high standards across all collateral.
  • Hands-on delivery of projects.
  • Produce a wide range of collateral in line with company branding.
  • Liaise with agency partners and other external creative resources.
  • Copywriting and proofreading.
  • Update and monitor the company website and social media channels as required.
  • Support the wider business with event management including stand production, promotional merchandise and literature requirements.
  • Support digital activity, including email campaigns and AdWords.
  • Maintain the corporate brand, messaging and tone of voice, across all communications.
Requirements
  • Organised with the ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
  • The ability to create engaging marketing collateral that communicates product/service value in line with company branding.
  • Independent worker with the ability to apply critical thinking to achieve optimum outcomes.
  • The ability to process technical information and present it in an engaging way to various audiences.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Great communication and the ability to work as part of a wider team.
  • Keen eye for detail and creative flair
  • Pro-active with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • IT literate and proficient in the use of MS Office Packages.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven track record in producing a range of collateral.
  • Experience of digital marketing techniques including email campaigns, SEO and AdWords.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics and MailChimp.
  • Demonstrable experience of producing high calibre written content.
  • Experience across social media platforms including LinkedIn and YouTube
